Gold Coast Holistic Dental Care

More than just a dental clinic

Bella Sotis

Practice Manager

With nearly two decades of hands-on experience in the dental industry, Bella has built a career grounded in versatility, people skills, and a deep understanding of what it takes to run a successful practice. She began her journey in orthodontics in 2007, where she spent five formative years learning the fundamentals of dental care and patient service. From there, she transitioned into general dentistry, expanding her skillset and gaining a broader view of patient needs and treatment workflows.

In 2016, she joined the Coastal Dental Care network, working for Dr Franck Page as his receptionist. This role sharpened her organisational and communication skills and gave her insight into how a high-performing dental practice operates from the inside out. In 2019, she moved to Gold Coast Holistic Dental Care where she had the opportunity to work closely with Dr John Sotis. She began as his dental assistant, then stepped into a front-facing receptionist role.

In July 2024, Bella proudly took on the role of Practice Manager. Her experience across clinical and administrative roles gives her a well-rounded perspective on patient care, team support, and practice growth. She’s known for being solutions-focused, approachable, and a bit of a machine when it comes to getting things done.

She genuinely loves what she does, whether it’s streamlining systems, supporting her team, or making sure every patient feels genuinely cared for. Holistic health, a feel-good atmosphere, and running a tight but happy ship are at the core of Bella’s leadership style. She thrives in fast-paced environments, loves a good challenge, and takes pride in creating a space where both patients and staff actually want to be.

On the weekends you will likely find Bella at live music events, cooking up a storm or thrift shopping with friends. She loves films, so much so that she worked as an actor for a few years alongside Tom Hanks, Jason Momoa and Austin Butler to name a few!
