After graduating from King’s College London, Riaz has been privileged to acquire a wealth of experience in public health initiatives, corporate dental management, and private practice, where he honed his skills and knowledge in various aspects of dentistry. 

Riaz grew up in the UK, where he spent his formative years and early career, before relocating to Australia in 2011 in search of sun, sea and surf.  

Dr Riaz’s 15+ years of practice have fuelled his passion for delivering timely, realistic, and comfortable treatment, a commitment that guides him across all disciplines of general dentistry. He is an active member of several professional dental associations, demonstrating his commitment to the field.

Dr Tegally’s interest in various disciplines within the general dental sphere, including cosmetic dentistry, sleep apnea dentistry, injectables for pain management of TMDS, aligners, surgery, and implant dentistry, showcases his versatility and comprehensive approach to oral healthcare. This breadth of knowledge instils confidence in his patients, who know they are in the hands of a well-rounded professional.

He takes great pleasure in offering care to the broader community. His commitment to delivering gentle treatment, especially for his very anxious patients, reassures all who seek his dental care that they are in safe and caring hands. 

When not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, exploring tropical Queensland with his children, socialising with friends, movies and gaming.
