At GCHDC, we do not have a general approach for all our patients but can choose from the variety of services for each individual. This involves meeting personal goals and overall health and wellbeing improvements.




Fitness Test

Two separate appointments to test your Body Fat Percentage, Cardio-Vascular Fitness, Flexibility and Strength. Your data will be compared to the national database of FitnessAge.


Meal Plans

Assessment of current diet, discussion of health and fitness goals and dietary preferences. We will also formulate a specific daily and weekly detailed meal plan.


Workout Programs

Formulation of specific cardio, resistance and core strength workout programs.


Personal Training

Session Length 30min/45min/60min


Complete Package

Fitness Test, Exercise Plan, Meal Plan and two six weekly reviews.
