What will I get?

Two appointments of 45 minutes to assess your current fitness. You will receive a written report which shows your scores and then matches them to a national database. You will also get free access to results at FitnessAge.com. Once your assessment is complete, you can access your results online at any time and track your age against your FitnessAge.

How much is it?

The FitnessAge test is $120 and includes all the elements listed below.
