Chelsea wants you to be vibrant and well, physically and emotionally.
As a Naturopath, Chelsea combines a love of traditional knowledge with a strong biomedical science background to utilise lifestyle, diet, nutrient and herbal supplementation to help you achieve your health goals.
She has studied with both Endeavour College of Natural Health and the Australian Institute of Applied Sciences which provide her a firm foundation in evidence based best practice which has equipped her to help a variety of people presenting with many states of disease; these can include but are not limited to digestive disorders, allergies, autoimmune, hormonal imbalances, stress and fatigue states.
Chelsea has completed a post-graduate workshop with the psycholgists of Trauma Sensitive Yoga which has equipped her with tools such as guided meditation techniques, breathing exercises, and progressive muscle relaxation. She uses these along with some gentle movements in her sessions.
As an experienced practitioner Chelsea has provided a number of community based talks focused on optimising Nutrition for children and teens transitioning in life stages.
She also enjoys facilitation of both birth trauma peer support group ‘Birthing Journeys’ and general women’s health support groups.
Chelsea is a coast girl through and through, prior to moving to the Gold Coast to raise her family she was brought up on the Sunshine Coast and loves spending time with her children, partner and cheeky beagle on the beach, creek or lake; where there is water you’ll find Chelsea.
